Terms
Customer: The person who entered to order form and submitted the order for any person.
Recipient:The person that the delivery of product will be made.
International Order: Orders for outside Turkey.

1. Copyright
1.1 Karmen is a trademark in floral works registered by local registeration authority TPE. The use of the name in Turkish commercial environment is restricted by registeration.
1.2 The published material including pictures and descriptions about the products cannot bu used for any commercial purposes without any written permission.

2. Products
2.1 The products published in the site are subject to availability for delivery to specified locations. The availibility for delivery to locations are specified in each product description.
2.2 The pictures of the product are a guide for design and the descriptions are obligations. In the event of any supply difficulties, Karmen reserves the right to substitute products or its contents equivalent value and quality without notice.
2.3 Some products may be harmful or poisonous or allergic. It is not recommended to be smelled by allergic people or contacting products in oral way.

3. Prices/Payments
3.1 Prices are in United States Dollars, the transaction for the payment is in Turkish Liras. The currency for the calculation of the total amount to Turkish Liras is updated periodically .
3.2 US origin credit cards with USD currency are re-calculated from Turkish Liras to United States Dollars. Thus the total amount charged in USD and reported to be charged may slightly differ due to the difference of currencies of local authority and the credit card issuer. Karmen updates the currency below the legal levels to provide less charge to the customers credit card. In case of any rapid change or fluctiations in the currencies in economical environment, the difference is subject to be paid back to the cutomers credit card over 2% when documented by credit card detail documents.
3.3 The price for products are applied as in the time of order and are independent from the time of delivery.
3.4 The taxes, including VAT are inclusive in the prices. A receipt or invoice is subject for all orders but not transfered to customer by post, the customer may take the receipt on any opportunity from store.
3.5 The prices in catalog or search pages are for delivery to Istanbul. Delivery costs are added on payment page, delivery cost for locations outside Istanbul in Turkey is 15 USD's.
3.6 The total depicted in Payment Form are subject for payment.
3.7 Fraudulent use of credit cards are subject to be be returned. The payment will be made by the recipient in case of the denial of the order by the customer.
3.8 The amount in Turkish Liras are subject to return in any returning transactions. The differences in currencies that has been recalculated in returns by the credit card issuer are in the issuers responsiblity.

4. Order and Delivery
4.1 The Order links within product boxes directs the visitor to the Order Form. Product and pricing information and instructions for forms are provided within forms. The Payment Form that is displayed after submission or order form also provides information about delivery costs and the grand total to be charged from credit card. Submission of Payment Form will display the status of payment immediately within 10-30 seconds.
4.2 Karmen is responsible for delivery only if the information entered in forms are true and correct and the payment done successfully. In case of incorrect or missing information entered Karmen sales department will contact to customer if contact information is valid and accessible.
4.3 The customer is responsible for delays in case of the information about the recipient provided is invalid.
4.4 Orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
4.5 An automated e-mail message is sent immediately after a successful payment. This e-mail must be replied to validate the e-mail address. It is not necessary to include comment or any explanation in replied e-mail. If any change that will not affect the price can be included within replied mail. Customer should not delete the subject line including the Order ID when replied. The automated mail is devised only for a contact channel about the order between the store and the customer.
4.6 Karmen reserves the right to make the decision about delivering the product to appropriate person if the recipient himself/herself cannot be found at specified address.
4.7 The time for the delivery cannot be earlier than 4 hours following the time of order, the world time zone differences mus be considered by the customer. Karmen is able to deliver products between 9.00-20.00 in 7 days a week for delivery to Turkey. International orders cannot be processed on saturdays, sundays and on public holidays of the recipient country.
4.8 Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as hospitals and hotels. In such cases, the signiture of the person authorized to receive the order will be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.

5. Cancellation
5.1 Orders to locations in Turkey can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the intented delivery time.
5.2 Orders to locations outside Turkey can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the intented delivery time.
5.3 Customer can provide contact via e-mail address siparis@karmen.com.tr for cancellation. Orders will not be cancelled until cancellation confirmed by Karmen.
5.4 Item 3.8 applies for credit card payment in case of cancellation.
